Garnet Trade, a company operating in international financial markets, has entered into a technology partnership worth $2 million with Eximus, a move designed to reinforce its technological backbone and upgrade the digital trading experience it offers clients. The deal spans the build-out of Garnet Trade’s CRM infrastructure alongside technology work linked to Garnet Private, a trading interface pitched as an alternative to MT5.
London, United Kingdom: With technology taking on a growing role in how trades are executed and how operations are run throughout the financial sector, Garnet Trade is stepping up its spending on technology.
Under the $2 million deal with Eximus, the firm intends to create a technology ecosystem that is more joined-up, scalable and prepared for the future, covering both the digital systems clients use and the infrastructure behind its internal operations.
The tie-up is presented as one of the central technology investments underpinning Garnet Trade’s plans for international expansion.
Garnet Private Takes Centre Stage in the Technology Spend
Garnet Private stands out as one of the main elements of the deal.
Built by Garnet Trade to give clients a distinct way of trading digitally, Garnet Private is expected to be marketed as an alternative to the MT5 trading interface.
With Garnet Private, Garnet Trade intends to shape the digital channel through which clients reach financial markets, aligning it with the company’s own brand and technology plans.
Development work will concentrate on user experience, technical performance, integration between systems and the capacity to scale.
Garnet Trade sees Garnet Private as more than a fresh trading interface, treating it instead as a central building block of the wider digital ecosystem it intends to assemble over the long run.
Deal Also Covers Upgrades to CRM Infrastructure
The second major strand of the Eximus partnership concerns upgrading Garnet Trade’s CRM infrastructure.
Under the terms, the company plans to upgrade the technology supporting client relations and operational processes, tighten the links between its various systems and put in place a more scalable framework able to handle rising operational demands.
Garnet Trade regards developing its client-facing digital interfaces in tandem with its back-office operational systems as a key pillar of its technology strategy for the long term.
Toni Jovanovski: Spending Today Builds Tomorrow’s Digital Ecosystem
Garnet Trade CEO Toni Jovanovski said the $2 million Eximus deal goes beyond upgrading the company’s current technological infrastructure, calling it a significant milestone in Garnet Trade’s long-term strategy for digital transformation.
Speaking about the deal, Jovanovski said:
“We do not view our $2 million agreement with Eximus as simply a technology investment. Through this partnership, we aim to build the foundation for Garnet Trade’s next phase of digital transformation. From our CRM systems to Garnet Private, we want to create a more integrated, scalable and adaptable digital ecosystem across every point where our investors interact with Garnet Trade.”
Jovanovski observed that competition across the financial sector is increasingly determined not just by what firms sell but also by the technology and user experience underpinning those offerings.
“Technology is no longer simply a supporting element in financial services; it has become a fundamental part of the user experience. For this reason, we are developing our technological infrastructure not only around today’s requirements, but also with the scale we aim to achieve in the future in mind. Garnet Private will be one of the most important projects reflecting this approach.”
Technology Backbone to Underpin Global Expansion
Garnet Trade frames the Eximus agreement as one element of a long-term technology strategy built to serve the company’s international growth targets.
The firm takes the view that, as it moves into more markets, the capacity of its technology infrastructure to scale in step will be a significant factor in delivering sustainable growth in the financial sector.
Consistent with this approach, Garnet Trade intends to keep investing in its digital infrastructure, with a particular focus on Garnet Private, CRM systems, system integrations and trading technologies.
CEO Toni Jovanovski further stressed that the company’s international growth ambitions and its technology spending will keep advancing side by side, as Garnet Trade seeks to build infrastructure suited not only to present operational needs but also to the scale it plans to reach in future.
The $2 million Eximus deal marks a significant move in Garnet Trade’s plan to build its own digital ecosystem, broaden its investment in trading technologies and back its international operations with stronger, more scalable technological infrastructure.
