Under Philippe Jabre’s leadership, Jabre Capital Partners grew considerably over the years, at one point managing multi-billion-dollar investment portfolios and catering to a prestigious international clientele. Serving institutional investors, family offices and high-net-worth individuals across Europe and the Arab world, Jabre Capital Partners leveraged Philippe Jabre’s innovative investment strategies spanning traditional and alternative asset classes.
Today, Jabre Capital Partners’ Convertible Bonds & Fixed Income strategy seeks to deliver long-term capital appreciation by providing investors with access to global fixed income and equity markets. The strategy combines a macro asset allocation with bottom-up security selection, focussing on active and discretionary portfolio management techniques with the goal of identifying and capturing valuation anomalies while ensuring a high degree of portfolio diversification.
Meanwhile, the Global Opportunities strategy focuses on multiple asset classes with an emphasis on global developed market equities with long bias. Combining fundamental analysis, rigorous investment and risk management processes along with a top-down approach to portfolio construction, its aim is to identify best-in-class investment opportunities across multiple market segments.
Leveraging the firm’s deep knowledge of the global tech sector, the Innovation & Sustainability strategy provides investors with exposure to this rapidly advancing and growing landscape. Utilising a sustainability lens to analyse tech investment opportunities, it identifies companies that meet robust responsibility standards from an Environmental, Social and Governance perspective. This strategy primarily centres around investing in technological disruption that offers solutions to many of the sustainability issues seen in the modern world.
The Private Wealth Management division of Jabre Capital Partners manages private mandates for investors across various asset classes with a focus on fixed income products, global equity and convertible bonds.
Jabre Capital Partners’ Principal Investments division is responsible for part of Philippe Jabre’s family office, focusing on investing in long-term secular trends in both private and public markets. The Principal Investments division operates with a keen focus on AI & Data Analytics, FinTech, Environment & Sustainability, Health & Wellness, Blockchain, and Interactive Gaming & E-Sports.
