Amtivo Group, a global leader in certification and business assurance services, has announced its acquisition of ERGO Società di Certificazione e Validazione SRL (“ERGO”), a respected certification and inspection body based in Italy. The deal, finalized on 31st March 2025, marks a significant step in Amtivo’s strategic expansion and strengthens its position in the Italian market.
Based in Reggio Calabria, ERGO is accredited by Accredia for the ISO 9001 standard and for the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Practice and has built a strong reputation for professionalism and service quality, offering certification services to clients across a wide range of industries. The acquisition marks a key milestone in Amtivo’s European growth strategy, enhancing the Group’s scale and service capabilities in Italy, one of its most important regional markets.
