How to Avoid Phishing Attacks Within a Business

How to avoid phishing attacks within a business.

The most popular type of scam attempt by cyber criminals, phishing, comes in the form of emails. Scammers work on the basis that if they send out enough of these fake emails, someone will eventually take the bait. You need your staff to be on the lookout for anything that might ask for personal information such as your bank details, logins, passwords etc. The scammers are on the hunt for any information that can allow them to gain access to your accounts and take on your identity. The emails may also contain fake website links that allow the scammers to access your device and therefore your company network. Here, we’ll take you through what you should look out for and how to avoid being scammed.

Scammers are targeting by chance, not being specific to the individual. They don’t know whether you work at a large organisation or are a sole trader or even if you work at all. No one is safe from being targeted and it is important to understand that. Also, it’s not safe to assume that you won’t get scammed. We’ve all had those days, haven’t we? The ones where we’re not on it or are a bit stressed/preoccupied? Scammers rely on us having those days. That’s when we’re most vulnerable to attack, when we let our guard down, so to speak. Arm yourself with information. Train yourself to always be on the lookout and then you’re more likely to be able to spot a scam, even on those off days.

For 6 ways to avoid being phished, read on.

  1. Block and defend – to reduce the likelihood of an attack, make sure you install proper email protection software. Although not foolproof (nothing is, truly), email security software can capture around 90% of fake emails, which is a good hit.
  2. Use MFA. Let’s say an attacker does know your passwords. What then? If you’ve installed MFA (multi-factor authentication) on your accounts, you’ll prevent them from getting through. You might find that you get a random text message with an OTP (one-time password) code. This happens when MFA is switched on and if anyone has managed to get into your account via your password, they can’t get any further.
  3. Know your weak spots – if you take a good look at your organisation, you will get to know potential areas where an attacker might be able to get through. Where are these weak spots? Human error is usually the main gateway for phishing scammers (remember those off days?). Start with your staff, arm them with the knowledge they need, and educate them on the ways to spot a fake email.
  4. Look for the signs – phishing emails are obvious when you know what you’re looking for. There are definite ‘mistakes’ that are made and these can include any or all of the following:

Spelling, punctuation and grammar errors within the body of the email.

Graphics that are of poor quality and design.

Names spelled wrong, using both your name and surname, addressing you in a generic way such as ‘valued customer’.

Any kind of immediacy, urgency or threat within the email. For example, saying you have been the victim of something and need to act ‘immediately’.

Anything asking you to make a payment to a bank account.

It appears to come from someone you know but the writing style seems ‘off’.

If it’s too good to be true, it usually is.

The email of the sender has a mistake within it.

  1. Ease of reporting – encouraging staff to be transparent about phishing emails is the best possible policy. No one should feel as though they have done something wrong (and thus try to hide it) if they happen to get caught out. It’s important that you react quickly should an attack occur, therefore you cannot afford for anyone to keep it to themselves.
  2. Be social media savvy – attackers can be clever enough to do their homework. They can take information about you that is readily available on the internet and use that to their advantage, whether to make threats or whether to make their emails seem more convincing. Be smart about what you decide to share on social media.

What do visitors to your website need to know? What can be removed that might be useful to any potential hackers?

What could, or what do, suppliers, contractors and partners potentially give away about you online?

It’s not about retracting from using social media altogether, it’s about being wise with regards to your digital footprint.

CPNI’s Digital Footprint Campaign has lots of useful information that can help you understand and avoid the risks.

To help your business avoid any phishing attacks, we strongly recommend a cyber security health check. This will analyse your devices and IT network for any potential loopholes.  You can find IT support companies that offer this service for free.

Launch of Art of the Motherland: Celebrating and Protecting African Cultural Arts

Founded by Francis Yamoah, Art of the Motherland emerges as a trailblazing organisation dedicated to the celebration and preservation of African cultural heritage through the lens of contemporary art. Our mission is to illuminate the varied cultures, traditions, and stories of Africa whilst providing a platform for emerging African artists to present their talents to the world.

With a vision to enhance understanding and appreciation for African art and culture, Art of the Motherland is poised to build meaningful connections between artists, audiences, and communities. Through our programmes, we aim to foster cultural exchange, empower artists, and add to the global dialogue on African identity and creativity.

Our objectives are ambitious but deeply anchored in our commitment to excellence and authenticity. We aim to assemble dynamic collections that embody the spirited essence of Africa, support up-and-coming artists in realising their potential, and draw audiences into compelling experiences that celebrate the splendour and variety of the Motherland.

As we unveil Art of the Motherland, we invite you to accompany us on this inspirational journey of exploration, discovery, and celebration. Together, let us honour the past, embrace the present, and mould the future of African art and culture for the generations that follow.

Background

After 19 years in the United Kingdom, Francis Yamoah (Founding Director) returned to Ghana, his birthplace. Instead of encountering the familiar warmth he expected upon arrival, a subtle unease settled in as he realized he had become disconnected from his roots. Determined to rediscover his connection to Ghana, he extended his stay from four weeks to three months. Through conversations with family, revisiting old haunts, and exploring the country, his trip evolved into a journey of self-discovery that restored what he felt had been lost.

As he prepared to return to the U.K., he made the decision to preserve this newfound connection through art. He commissioned pieces reflecting Ghana’s cultural heritage, which upon arrival, became catalysts for conversations and sparked discussions traversing memories of growing up in Africa. The artworks also became a beacon of cultural education for others. This was the spark that inspired Art of the Motherland—a tribute to the soul-stirring power of art. The initiative is dedicated to celebrating and preserving the rich cultural heritage of Africa through contemporary art.

Objectives and Mission

The objectives of Art of the Motherland are threefold:

– Discovering and nurturing hidden artistic talents across the continent.
– Commissioning these artists to create pieces inspired by Africa’s heritage and cultures for the organisation’s collections.

– Introducing these talents to the global arts ecosystem, serving as a viable contributing solution to the limited pathways for African artists.

This endeavor will be undertaken on a biennial basis, rotating through different African countries.

The aim is for the collections to form profound narratives that capture the nuances, facets, and timeless elements of African life. Additionally, the initiative strives to stand as a testament to the belief that art, when harnessed with purpose, can become a powerful vessel for preserving heritage, rituals, and traditions, and can also aid in immersing the world in the vibrant hues of Africa’s diverse soul.

Inaugural Collection

The inaugural collection, entitled  Art of the Motherland Ghana 2024. Consists of 25 pieces of art. It showcases the talents of five exceptional Ghanaian artists: Michael Nana Kofi Archer, Francis Sampson, Edmund Kwame Gbafah, Isaac Ako Sowa, and Prince Edem Agbenafa. Each artist was carefully chosen for their deep ties to Ghana, profound understanding of its traditions, and unique artistic perspectives. Their personal experiences and memories of growing up in Ghana served as the foundation for their selection.

This collection offers a diverse portrayal of Ghanaian life, from traditional festivals to rural existence and the joys of childhood. Through their art, these artists pay homage to their homeland while contributing to the broader narrative of Modern and Contemporary African Art.

Michael Nana Kofi Archer captures the spirit of the Konkomba Tribe with powerful portraits, while Francis Sampson draws inspiration from the vibrant culture of Cape Coast. Edmund Kwame Gbafah’s work reflects the energy of the Anlo Hogbetsotso Festival, and Isaac Ako Sowa’s pieces offer interpretations of his memories growing up in Apowa. Prince Edem Agbenafa’s artwork celebrates the universal joys of childhood, inviting viewers to rediscover the wonder of youth.

The Ghana 2024 collection, and all future collections of Art of the Motherland, aim to provide a platform for African artists to share their stories and offer art enthusiasts a glimpse into the rich tapestry of African culture. Each piece in this collection serves as a testament to the enduring power of art to preserve heritage, inspire dialogue, and celebrate diversity.

The inaugural collection in its entirety can be explored on artofthemotherland.org.

The collection is available for inclusion in exhibitions by Museums and Galleries – Contact kwadwo.afrifa@artofthemotherland.org

Inspiring Updates From The Royal Ballet School’s Affiliate Training and Assessment Programme

Royal Ballet School

Until recently, many children have missed out on dance education opportunities in the UK. Dance may be part of the national curriculum, but one-third of British schools don’t teach the subject. Further to this, with fewer children pursuing dance, higher-education institutions are warning of a decline in dance education courses.

In 2022, The Royal Ballet School launched the Affiliate Training and Assessment Programme (ATAP) to combat the dwindling ballet class availability. This programme trains numerous dance teachers who go on to teach affiliated classes in all corners of the UK.

These classes are invaluable to many children who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend dance classes. The sessions inspire children’s love of ballet and provide a wealth of physical and mental health benefits.

In a bid to spread the word about the dance opportunities ATAP brings to children, the School has appointed a Lead Ambassador for this programme, none other than the acclaimed Francesca Hayward.

Here’s an overview of how ATAP works, an insight into Hayward’s role, and a behind-the-scenes look at one teacher’s career-enhancing experience when she joined the programme.

How The Royal Ballet School’s ATAP Works

The Royal Ballet School designed ATAP to extend its ethos and expertise to private and recreational dance teachers. These teachers carry the School’s outstanding dance training to schools across the UK.

The School welcomes ballet teachers across the country to its London studios for ATAP training. Tutors set these teachers up for success by providing them with high-level training and resources. These provisions empower teachers to provide an excellent ballet education experience for children.

The School also provides teachers with professional growth opportunities and space to be creative in their teaching approaches, both contributing to their job satisfaction. By the end of the programme, teachers qualify to teach ballet in other schools as Affiliate Teachers. They conduct their own assessments, which The Royal Ballet School moderates.

ATAP also evolves to meet the ballet art form’s changing needs. Students don’t just learn ballet steps and techniques. They also immerse themselves in ballet repertoire, choreography, and appreciation. They learn to place ballet vocabulary in context and deepen their love of the art form itself.

ATAP’s New Lead Ambassador: Francesca Hayward

In March 2024, The Royal Ballet School announced the appointment of a Lead Ambassador for ATAP: Francesca Hayward. As a current Principal Dancer of The Royal Ballet and a School alumna, Hayward is well-positioned to represent the programme.

The celebrated ballerina joined the School’s Junior Associate programme in 2003. She then progressed through White Lodge and Upper School, joining The Royal Ballet in the 2010/11 season.

During her career, Hayward has captivated audiences on the world stage. She has dazzled in ballets from Romeo and Juliet and Giselle to Manon, The Dream, and Like Water for Chocolate. The Royal Ballet School’s Artistic Director Christopher Powney has described her as one of the “leading dancers of her generation.”

Championing ballet both on and off the stage, Hayward is passionate about expanding children’s access to dance opportunities. Her vision for children’s dance education is in line with The Royal Ballet School’s. As such, the School is delighted to work with her as they pave the way for a new age of ballet training.

In her role as Lead Ambassador, Hayward will raise awareness of ATAP amongst keen young dancers, their parents, and their teachers. She will voice the long-term benefits of a holistic dance education, especially one that keeps up with the art form’s changing needs.

Behind The Scenes of ATAP With Teacher Maddy Jacques

While Hayward will promote ATAP, ensuring that children get to access ballet classes, Affiliate Teachers are delivering these immersive classes across the UK. One of these teachers, Maddy Jacques, has shared her insights into her role as an Affiliate Teacher.

Jacques is a freelance ballet teacher and ballet examiner. She teaches at a performing arts college in Leeds and a dance school in York. She also teaches at several other schools as an Associate Artist with the Royal Opera House Chance to Dance project. Becoming an Affiliate Teacher of The Royal Ballet School has transformed the way that she supports her students.

ATAP Training and Support: “I Found My Spark Again”

Taking part in the August 2023 ATAP training, Jacques “felt a little nervous going back to class.” That said, “by the end of the week, I felt so inspired,” she says. “I had found my spark again. I couldn’t wait to return to teaching and start delivering the work.”

Jacques found that the tutors were “so supportive,” and they continue to guide her now that she is a fully qualified Affiliate Teacher. Their “new approach to teaching and the fresh ideas we discussed … have helped in all areas I teach, not just the ATAP work,” she explains.

Jacques also finds the School’s drop-in clinics “useful and reassuring.” Further to this, she looks forward to attending the continuing professional development (CPD) days. She is sure these will be “as inspiring and helpful as the intensive ones.”

Aside from this in-person support, Jacques finds the online resources on the School’s on-demand platform useful. Whenever she has a question about technical expectations or needs inspiration for creative practice, she can revisit several materials. There’s also a guidance-packed Teachers’ Hub and handy marketing kit, both offering additional support.

Implementing The ATAP Training: “There Isn’t a Student It Doesn’t Suit”

Since completing her ATAP training, Jacques has implemented her new teaching style across her ballet classes. Her students have responded to this with enthusiasm. They enjoy creative practice and body conditioning, as well as discussing sections from different ballets.

Combining all elements of the ATAP programme helps Jacques shape her students into well-rounded dancers who “can see where all their hard work in class is leading.”

While the students who are already confident are enjoying a “new challenge to get their teeth into,” the shyer students are also stepping into their confidence. “With the freedom we have as teachers to deliver the work, there isn’t a student it doesn’t suit,” Jacques says.

Jacques’ students will now complete their ATAP assessments alongside their Royal Academy of Dance and Imperial Classical Ballet exams.

Ballet teachers who are also looking to enhance their training can apply for The Royal Ballet School’s ATAP until 18 April 2024. Apply for a place on the training course here.

About The Royal Ballet School

The Royal Ballet School is an international centre of classical ballet training excellence. Dedicated to offering a world-class dance education, each of its programmes nurture the next generation of dancers and choreographers. Aside from ATAP, these programmes include the full-time training, Associate Programme, Intensive Courses, and International Scholars Programme.

Work from Anywhere? Mastering Time Tracking for Remote Teams

Work from anywhere? Mastering time tracking for remote teams

Remote work has changed a lot in recent years. With employees no longer bound to traditional office spaces, people working from different locations and work-life balance are becoming more important. This shift has been driven by advancements in technology and a shift in attitudes towards work-life balance.

Working remotely provides more freedom, but it also requires effective time management. This post discusses the importance of time tracking for remote teams, including its benefits, challenges, and strategies for mastering it in a work-from-anywhere environment.

The rise of remote work

Remote work has become a popular and positive trend, facilitated by digital tools and connectivity, allowing employees to collaborate effectively, regardless of geographical boundaries. The growth of remote work is a clear indication of its success, with a 159% increase since 2005 and 4.7 million people in the U.S. working remotely.

However, it is essential to address the challenges of accountability and time management that come with remote work. To ensure productivity and efficiency, companies are adopting work time tracker solutions. By embracing remote work and implementing effective strategies, organizations can capitalize on this trend and reap the benefits of a more flexible and dynamic workforce.

A work time tracker is a nifty tool that lets you keep tabs on how much time you spend on different tasks and projects. It’s an excellent way for employees and employers to boost productivity, determine and eliminate problem-causing elements, and streamline workflows. With a range of options available, from basic time tracking apps to comprehensive project management platforms, there’s a work time tracker that will fit your needs perfectly.

As mentioned above, using work time trackers benefits employees and employers. Employees learn to manage their time more effectively and find areas for improvement in their work habits. On the other hand, employers can obtain necessary calculated data on team productivity and allocate resources efficiently while identifying potential issues before they become more significant problems.

Challenges of time tracking in remote teams

In the context of remote teams, the use of work time trackers can offer several benefits. However, it also poses some notable challenges that need to be addressed.

One of the primary issues is ensuring accuracy and accountability. Due to the lack of physical presence and direct supervision, remote employees often feel disconnected from their work, leading to inaccurate or misrepresented reporting of their work hours. In addition, concerns regarding employee privacy and trust may arise, as constant monitoring can be perceived as invasive and negatively affect the team’s culture.

Another critical challenge is the potential for micromanagement. While a work time tracker can provide valuable data, excessive monitoring can create a habit of surveillance that can be counterproductive to a positive remote work environment. This can lead to a lack of trust and autonomy within the team, which can negatively impact job satisfaction and productivity. These repercussions necessitate striking the right balance between accountability and independence, which is essential for creating a supportive and productive remote work environment.

Strategies for advancing time tracking in remote teams

To improve time tracking in remote teams, it’s crucial to focus on transparency, accountability, and trust. Here are some tips for effective time tracking in a work-from-anywhere world:

  • Choose the right tools: Selecting the right time tracking tool is crucial for remote teams. Consider features like ease of use, integrations with other tools, and customization options. You should also take into account your team’s needs and preferences to ensure that everyone can use the tool effectively.
  • Set clear expectations: To avoid confusion, establish clear guidelines and expectations regarding time tracking. Communicate the importance of accurate reporting and how it contributes to the team’s success. This will help everyone stay on the same page and reduce misunderstandings.
  • Focus on outcomes: Instead of focusing solely on hours worked, encourage your team members to focus on outcomes and deliverables. Encourage employees to set goals and track progress towards achieving them to make everyone stay motivated and focused on what matters most.
  • Encourage open communication: Create a dynamic of open communication where employees feel not just comfortable, but valued and heard, discussing their challenges and seeking support when needed. Facilitate regular check-ins and team meetings via a work time tracker to make them feel supported even with remote work setups.
  • Respect work-life balance: While remote work offers flexibility, which is its most significant advantage, it’s also important to respect employees’ work-life balance. Motivate them to set boundaries and prioritize self-care to help maintain a healthy work-life balance, essential for long-term success.

If you want to ensure that your remote team is productive and efficient, it’s not just about mastering time tracking, it’s about empowering your team. By using effective work time trackers and promoting transparency and trust, you can overcome the challenges of remote work and get the most out of your team. As the future of work changes, it’s important to adopt and adapt to remote work and advance in time tracking to stay competitive.

Empowering Insurance Agents: The Latest Software for Maximum Effectiveness

Despite the pandemic, the surge in home office setups, and the widespread digitization across various sectors, one aspect remains constant – customers prefer purchasing insurance through human interaction.

Although self-service portals are gaining popularity, as of 2022, 90% of Property & Casualty premiums were still managed by agents, brokers, and insurance agencies.

Equipping your workforce with cutting-edge technology to enhance their efficiency is no longer just an option – it’s a necessity. This imperative arises for two main reasons:

It boosts their productivity, enabling them to deliver more value within the same timeframe.

Your competitors are likely to embrace it without hesitation.

It’s imperative to seek a comprehensive solution to fuel your business growth in the insurance market.

Insurance agents serve as the cornerstone of the insurance business. The industry is witnessing a digital revolution, evident in trends such as collaboration between intermediaries and insurance firms, omnichannel strategies, process automation, the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI), self-service options for customers, and the utilization of external data sources and ecosystems.

While some speculate that AI will replace human labor, the reality is that human workers, utilizing AI tools, will be the first to revolutionize the workforce.

Insurance intermediaries leveraging AI and Big Data can conduct market analyses, relying on social networks, video calls, and websites, especially in the absence of direct online sales channels. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the transition to remote selling, setting new standards likely to persist.

Despite the revolutionary changes, agents still account for a significant portion of Net Written Premium in all P&C lines and Commercial Lines.

However, the digital transformation in the insurance industry comes with its set of challenges. On average, insurance agents waste 1.8 hours daily and 9.3 hours weekly searching for information. This translates to 20% of their payroll being lost.

Research indicates that insurance agents find digital integration challenging, are concerned about rising costs, and face difficulties acquiring resources to learn about new tools. Yet, a considerable portion believes that digital tools enhance customer service and retention.

It’s crucial to support your agents’ digital onboarding to enhance customer service efficiency.

Despite the availability of digital channels, insurance customers still value human interaction. Studies show that a significant majority prefer contacting a real human over a chatbot. Equipping agents with tools to facilitate quick information retrieval, personalized offerings, and positive customer experiences can be a game-changer.

The top three tools for insurance agents and brokers include Insurance CRM Software, Agent Portal, and Omnichannel Communication Tools. These technologies enable agents to manage customer relationships effectively, streamline sales processes, and provide an omnichannel experience, meeting modern customer expectations.

In summary, the digital shift in the insurance industry necessitates embracing advanced technology to remain competitive and meet customer demands. While digital tools offer numerous benefits, human interaction remains crucial in insurance services. Agents face challenges in adopting digital tools but can reap significant rewards in accessibility, customer service, and retention. Key technologies such as CRM software, agent portals, and omnichannel communication tools play a pivotal role in modernizing processes and enhancing customer experiences.

The Rise of Open Banking and its Impact on Cross-Border Payments

The Rise of Open Banking and its Impact on Cross-Border Payments

In the past, cross border payment has been a time-consuming, costly, and exasperating experience. Intermediary banks often impose substantial fees, and the process of transferring funds can be quite time-consuming. However, the traditional system is on the verge of being disrupted by open banking, which presents a more efficient, cost-effective, and user-friendly method for international money transfers.

Exploring Open Banking: Introducing a New Era in Financial Data

In the realm of open banking, there has been a significant change in the way customer financial data is being accessed. With the use of secure Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), banks allow authorized third-party providers (TPPs) to access certain customer data, always with the explicit consent of the customer, of course. This data may encompass various financial details such as account balances, transaction history, and income information.

Fintech Takes Center Stage: Igniting Innovation

The rise of TPPs, commonly known as fintech companies, has brought a wave of innovation to the realm of cross-border payments. Open banking APIs are utilized by fintechs to create innovative solutions that simplify the process. Picture a cutting-edge mobile application that allows you to effortlessly initiate cross-border payments straight from your bank account. Experience the convenience of receiving up-to-the-minute exchange rates and witness the speed at which the funds are seamlessly deposited into the recipient’s account, all while saving a significant amount compared to traditional methods. This type of disruption is being facilitated by the advancements in open banking.

Advantages Galore: Enhanced Efficiency, Unparalleled Transparency, and Significant Cost Savings

Open banking provides numerous benefits for individuals and businesses involved in international transactions. Here are some significant advantages:

Improved Efficiency: Open banking APIs streamline numerous manual processes associated with traditional cross-border payments, resulting in considerably faster transfer times. Say goodbye to the long wait times for your money to reach its destination.

Enhanced Transparency: Open banking promotes a higher level of transparency in cross-border payments. Users are provided with a clear breakdown of all fees, enabling them to make well-informed decisions. Eliminate any unexpected expenses or deductions.

Cost Reduction: Through the utilization of open banking solutions, fees related to cross-border payments can be significantly reduced by eliminating intermediary banks and utilizing automation. This results in substantial cost savings for both individuals and businesses that frequently engage in international money transfers.

Remaining Challenges: Security, Regulation, and Global Adoption

Despite the promising opportunities of open banking, there are still obstacles that need to be addressed. Ensuring security is of utmost importance. Ensuring the utmost security measures is crucial in safeguarding customer financial data during the open banking process.

Regulation is an essential factor that cannot be overlooked. The regulations surrounding open banking differ across different countries, leading to potential complexities for both third-party providers (TPPs) and users. Creating a more uniform global regulatory framework will be crucial for the widespread acceptance of open banking.

Ultimately, for a more significant global impact, it is crucial to encourage the broader implementation of open banking standards. Although there has been some progress, a considerable number of people worldwide have yet to fully embrace open banking. Enhanced cooperation between governments and financial institutions is necessary to close this divide.

The Future of Cross border payments: Embracing a Brighter, More Connected World

Open banking is not a magical solution, but it signifies a notable advancement towards a more streamlined, clear, and economical cross-border payments system. With the resolution of security concerns, the alignment of regulations, and the increasing global acceptance, we can anticipate a future where cross border payment becomes as smooth and effortless as sending a text message. This will not only be advantageous for individuals and businesses, but it will also contribute to the development of a more interconnected global economy.

A Mother’s Mission: Aiming to Optimise 100,000 Brains to Change 100,000 Lives

At the forefront of brain health optimisation, Natural Brain Solutions has declared its ambitious objective to optimise 100,000 brains and in doing so, transform 100,000 lives.

Led by founder Patty Tashiro, this initiative emerged from her own profound journey of turning adversity into empowerment after aiding her daughter’s recovery from a traumatic brain injury. The journey began in earnest in March 2016, when Tashiro’s family was struck by a devastating car accident caused by street racers. The incident left her daughter suffering from a subdural hematoma and severe post-concussive symptoms, which traditional medical treatments failed to address effectively. Despite facing a prognosis of enduring symptoms, Tashiro tirelessly sought solutions that eventually led to her daughter’s significant recovery.

This experience inspired Tashiro to ensure that brain health knowledge and strategies were accessible rather than secretive. Her pursuit led to certification as a brain health trainer through Dr. Daniel Amen’s program. In 2022, Tashiro established Natural Brain Solutions to provide global access to support for a variety of brain health challenges through virtual consultations, embracing a holistic approach encapsulated in the company’s N.A.T.U.R.A.L. philosophy.

The heart of Natural Brain Solutions’ mission is its Academy, which empowers people to harness their cognitive abilities through comprehensive assessments, expert guidance, and actionable solutions.

As Tashiro contemplates her transition from despair to empowerment, she remains committed to her mission to expand access to transformative brain health techniques. She believes passionately: “If your brain isn’t working for you, it’s working against you. Everyone has a right to feel their best and be their best. And that starts with a simple, methodical plan to optimise the organ that runs your life: Your brain.”
