AMIS GPD Development, a part of the AMIS Group, has signed a deal with Jacob & Co., a high-end watch and jewellery brand, to build a very high-end villa community in Dubai’s prestigious Meydan district.

The signing ceremony was held at the AMIS Sales Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road. There were three people there: Jacob Arabo, the founder, chairman, and creative director of Jacob & Co.; Neeraj Mishra, the founder and CEO of AMIS GPD Development; and Shah Azim Hameed, a shareholder of AMIS GPD Development.
